Day of Coordinator is an extra set of hands for the day of. This package includes:

  • Virtual Meeting two months prior to your wedding to go over your details.

  • Arrives 2 hours before ceremony start time to complete a final walk through and complete any small set up tasks.

  • Will stay 30 minutes after send off to ensure all items are picked up.

  • Create and adhere to Day of Timeline created by SE and approved by you.

  • Assist with vendors’ arrival.

  • Will handle any imperfections that might arise.

Wedding Coordination

SE offers two wedding coordination packages to choose from, each designed to make your day seamless.

Day of Coordination is to ensure your wedding day does not have any hiccups, and gives you a designated person to take care of any logistics that arise in the moment.  

Partial Coordination allows SE a bigger role in your day. Logistics are ensured by contacting wedding vendors, creating a day of timeline, and an overall hands on approach

Partial Planning

$1,000

Partial Planning is designed to give SE more responsibilities and take care of little details. This package is our Day of Coordination enhanced with:

  • Active communication with couple beginning once contract is signed.

  • Help find leads to any vendors the couple might need still.

  • Review all vendor contracts to ensure no details are missed.

  • SE will contact and organize all vendors’ arrival time and set up for day of.

  • Will attend final walk through/rehearsal with you and your wedding party.

  • Arrives 4 hours before ceremony start time with an assistant.

  • Will finish setting up ceremony and reception space upon arrival.

  • Stays 60 minutes after send off to help clean up to venue’s satisfaction.

So much detail goes into designing and decorating to bring your wedding vision to life. Treat yourself and trust SE to take on this huge undertaking. Areas we specialize designing are:

  • Alter- alter/arch, ground florals, candles, etc.

  • Entire Ceremony Space- alter, aisle florals/runner, end caps, reserved seating signs, etc.

  • Tablescapes- table settings, centerpieces, flatware, glasses, candles, etc.

  • Sweetheart/Head Table- table settings, centerpiece, backdrop, etc.

  • Entire Reception Space- tablescapes for guests’ tables, sweetheart/head table, extra room decorations, etc.

  • Personalized Signs- welcome sign, guestbook sign, cards and gifts sign, bar sign, seating chart, etc.

Designing and decorating for a wedding takes a clear mind, detailed eye, time, and patience to bring so many components together cohesively.

We start working with you right after booking to make sure we have a full understanding of your vision. The time leading up to the wedding is spent creating your vision into a reality.

Our team will take care of set up and tear down, making this huge wedding task easy for you.

Wedding Design

For the couple wanting a creative touch!

Intimate Wedding Package

$7,500

This package is designed for the couple wanting large wedding vibes while maintaining a budget. Intimate Wedding Package includes:

  • Venue Space for 2 hours. Time frames are available on a first come basis and start at the following times: 11am, 2pm, and 5pm.

  • Tables, Chairs, and Linens

  • 2 hour music playlist

  • Alter set up and decorations

  • Ceremony and aisle decorations

  • Reception decorations

  • Floral centerpieces and tablescapes

  • Champagne and Cake reception for 50 people- choice of vanilla or chocolate cake

  • Bridal bouquet and Groom’s boutonniere (you will get to keep these!)

  • 2 Bridesmaids bouquet and 2 Groomsmen boutonniere

  • Photographer for the entire event

  • Officiant

Intimate Wedding Add-ons

  • Up to 2 more Bridesmaid bouquet- $75 each

  • Up to 2 more Groomsmen boutonnieres- $25

  • Additional guests- $25/person up to 75 guests; after 75 guests the price increases to $50/person up to 85 guests.

Intimate Wedding Process

On the pre-selected day, you will book the venue for a two hour block. Time frames are a first come first serve basis, and ceremonies start at the following times: 11am, 2pm, and 5pm.

We plan every detail for you. This includes your venue, color scheme, ceremony and reception decorations, music playlist, and day of timeline.

At the end of your time, ensure all personal belongings are taken, so we can refresh the space for the next couple and their guests to enjoy.
